\ 刘凤权,男,汉族,1964年1月生,江苏泰州市人,二级研究员,博士生导师。1997年获得南京农业大学植物病理学专业博士学位。2014年经省农科院“优秀科学家引进计划”从南京农业大学调入院植保所工作,担任病毒与分子植病研究室主任。现兼任第十四届国际植物病原细菌学委员会委员、国家863计划现代农业技术领域主题专家组专家、全国农业生化与分子生物学会常务理事、第十二届江苏省植病学会副理事长,国家梨产业体系病害岗位科学家。
    长期从事植物病原细菌学和植物病害生物防治、植物检疫和外来物种管理、化学污染物快速检测等方面的教学和研究工作。近5年来,主持国家863计划、国家自然科学基金,公益性行业 (农业)科研专项、国家现代农业(梨)产业技术体系岗位科学家、江苏省科技计划(现代农业)重点项目等科研项目(课题)10余项;2006年以来,申请国家发明专利30多项,其中授权10项;发表研究论文120余篇,其中SCI论文70篇;获教育部科技进步一等奖1项,主编教材2部。
