个人简历
    陈怀谷,博士,三级研究员,国家小麦技术体系根茎部病害防控岗位科学家,农业部农药登记药效试验杀菌剂项目技术负责人,国家小麦品种区试抗病性鉴定技术负责人。主要研究方向:小麦等旱田作物病害的发生规律研究;病原菌群体监测;病菌的致病机理分析;抗病品种的鉴定和筛选;杀菌剂高效使用技术研究。
近年来,承担了国家公益性农业行业专项“小麦赤霉病菌的群体遗传结构及时空动态”、江苏省科技支撑计划项目“小麦赤霉病综合防控技术研发及配套使用技术”和国家自然科学基金等研究任务。对江苏、安徽、河南和山东等小麦主产省的小麦根腐类病害的病原进行了系统分析,明确了我国黄淮和长江中下游麦区的小麦茎基腐病的主要病原为亚洲镰孢菌的3-AcDON化学型和禾谷镰孢菌的15-AcDON化学型,在江苏省沿海地区发现了新的致病镰孢菌。对江苏省小麦赤霉病菌的抗药性进行了监测,研究和开发了2个防治小麦赤霉病的杀菌剂。作为主要完成人获得国家科技进步奖二等奖1项。获得国家发明专利1项。
